WILMINGTON, NC — The Scene: Wilmington is honored to announce that we have been awarded an Artist Support Grant from The Arts Council of Wilmington & New Hanover County.
This year, 28 local artists were awarded grants to further projects in New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Pender and Blades Counties. The recipients were invited to a reception Wednesday evening at the Wilma W. Daniels Gallery on the campus of Cape Fear Community College to celebrate the awards.

The grant will enable The Scene: Wilmington to continue our growth in 2024 by launching a podcast to feature interviews with the musicians in our community. It’s the next step in the TSW commitment to showcasing the incredible work of musicians in the Cape Fear region.
